While preparing a real legal case, we kept running into the same problem: more time and energy went into organizing than into understanding what actually mattered.
Evidence was scattered across messaging apps, email, files, and recordings. Putting it in chronological order and explaining the context was mostly manual work. There was plenty to prepare for important decisions, but almost no tool that told you where to start or how to organize it.
This was tedious even for professionals, and an even higher barrier for everyday users.
Kurzly started from this problem. If organizing a case into an easy-to-understand structure could be automated, people could focus on the decisions and strategy that actually matter.

LegAI Assistant, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 2025 to give individuals the same structured legal playbook that large law firms enjoy. The first prototype helped travellers collect evidence when airlines delayed or cancelled flights.
As more people shared similar frustrations, we expanded Kurzly into a full workspace that brings file uploads, AI summaries, timelines, and task management into a single secure view for every case.
