Scope
- This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Kurzly purchased directly from LegAI Assistant, Inc. via our online checkout.
- If you purchased through a third party, their refund terms may apply.
General Rule
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Trials and Promotions
- If a trial or promotional credit is offered, its specific terms (duration, included features) will be presented during sign-up or at the time the promo code is applied. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Promotional discounts or credits are subject to their stated terms and do not create a right to refund beyond what is stated.
Downgrades and Proration
- Plan downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal date. Unless mandated by applicable law, partial-period refunds are not provided.
