Does Kurzly give legal advice?
No. Kurzly is a prep tool that organizes facts and documents. Legal advice comes from your attorney — Kurzly makes that meeting far more productive.
Is my data safe?
Your files are stored AES-256 encrypted. AI features run on Google Vertex AI, whose terms prohibit training on customer data, and Kurzly does not use your data to train models either. If you set a case encryption password, the text Kurzly extracts from your evidence is also saved encrypted with that password, so our database alone can’t reveal it. Deleting a case also deletes its evidence files, analysis and share links, and deleting your account deletes all your cases and files. Backups can keep copies for up to 98 days.
How do I share it with my lawyer?
Share the brief with a single link — your attorney opens it without an account, leaves comments, or requests documents. You can also download it as a PDF.
What does the free tier include?
