Community Guidelines

Last updated: 18 February 2026

These guidelines govern use of the Kurzly community features. By posting or participating in the community, you agree to follow these Guidelines and our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

  • These Community Guidelines apply to your use of the Kurzly community features, including posting and commenting on the community board, sharing case-derived content to the community, upvoting, and reporting.
  • Community features are provided to help users share anonymised case insights, ask questions, and exchange experiences. Use of community is subject to these Guidelines and to the Kurzly Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Post and comment only in a respectful, lawful manner. Content must not contain spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal material.
  • Do not share content that reveals personally identifiable information (e.g. names, contact details) of yourself or others beyond what you have chosen to disclose. When sharing from a case, use the built-in anonymisation so that real parties are not identifiable.
  • Do not use the community to solicit legal advice or to form attorney–client relationships. AI-generated or user-shared content in the community is for discussion and information only and is not legal advice.

3. Reporting and Moderation

  • You may report posts or comments that you believe violate these Guidelines. Valid report reasons include: spam, harassment, inappropriate content, leakage of personally identifiable information (PII), or other violations.
  • We may hide or remove content that violates these Guidelines or that receives a sufficient number of valid reports. Repeated violations may result in restriction or termination of your access to community or to the Service.
  • We reserve the right to review reported content and to take action we deem necessary to maintain a safe and useful community.

4. Your Content in the Community

  • You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant LegAI a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate that content in connection with the community feature.
  • Content you share to the community (including anonymised case summaries or excerpts) may be visible to other logged-in users. Do not post anything you do not wish to be seen by others.

5. No Legal Advice

  • Nothing in the community constitutes legal advice. Discussions, shared case summaries, and AI-generated content are for informational and organisational purposes only. You are responsible for obtaining advice from a qualified professional for any legal matters.

6. Changes

  • We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of community after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.

7. Contact

  • For questions about these Guidelines or to report conduct that does not fit the in-product report flow, contact support@leg-ai.com or legal@leg-ai.com.
